Mid LevelInfo Way Solutions is seeking a Dynatrace Administrator to manage, configure, and support the Dynatrace monitoring platform across enterprise applications and infrastructure. The role involves ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability of systems by leveraging Dynatrace observability and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace OneAgent across Windows, Linux, cloud, and container environments
Administer Dynatrace SaaS / Managed platforms
Configure APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Monitoring
Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and notifications
Define management zones, custom services, and tagging strategies
Perform root cause analysis using Davis AI, Smartscape, and PurePath
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and API tokens
Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty)
Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to resolve performance issues
Support production incidents and participate in on-call rotations
Maintain monitoring documentation and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace Administration
Knowledge of APM concepts, observability, and performance monitoring
Experience with Linux & Windows OS
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes
Understanding of REST APIs and JSON
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred
Dynatrace Certification (Associate / Professional)
DevOps or SRE experience
Basic scripting (Shell / Python)
ITIL knowledge
Experience with tools like Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana
