Responsibilities
Inspect inbound goods against defined specifications and acceptance standards
Record and report nonconformances, defects, and discrepancies immediately
Partner with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure ongoing compliance
Conduct periodic audits of receiving processes to maintain quality rigor
Assist in creating, refining, and implementing QA protocols
Keep thorough inspection records and quality assessment documentation
Share insights and best practices during team discussions to improve outcomes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (extra QA education is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and sharp observation
Ability to work independently and contribute in a team setting
Knowledge of QC methodologies and tools
Effective written and verbal communication
Comfort with basic software and accurate data entry
