Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship production-ready software
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and commercial teams
Travel frequently (25–75%) and work primarily from the Austin office
Qualification
Required
Exceptional ability shown through work, projects, or competitions
Strong communication, ownership, and willingness to work with minimal process
Engineering background in CS, physics, math, or similar
Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Go, Typescript, or Java
Excitement to work in factories, solve real-world problems, and operate in dynamic environments
