Responsibilities
Manage YouTube client accounts from onboarding through execution
Oversee deliverables across our internal team (editors, designers, uploaders, strategists)
Communicate directly with clients, addressing growth strategy, ideation, performance, and concerns
Ensure timelines, quality standards, and expectations are consistently met
Provide insights and feedback to management and leadership on:
Client performance
Workflow improvements
Process optimization
Scaling opportunities
Translate YouTube analytics and performance into clear, actionable guidance
Act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in YouTube, content creation, and digital media
Existing YouTube knowledge is a plus — willingness to learn is required
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client projects
Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
Proactive, systems-minded problem solver
