Responsibilities
Plan and implement high-performance storage solutions to meet business needs
Install, configure, and maintain storage systems and software
Monitor systems for performance, identify and resolve issues
Develop and implement data backup, replication, and disaster recovery plans
Create and maintain accurate documentation of storage configurations, procedures, and reports
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of storage systems
Tune storage performance and manage resource allocation
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, cloud storage, and direct-attached storage
Proficiency with storage management tools and software
Preferred
Familiarity with virtualization platforms storage configuration
Knowledge of storage vendor appliance systems (NetApp, EMC)
Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Detailed experience in NetApp OnTap and Snap technologies
