Responsibilities
Receive hands-on mentorship from leaders within one of the teams within our Cybersecurity organization at Visa
Participate in a 16-week bootcamp with full-time classroom-style education
Complete On-the-Job Training (OJT) following the bootcamp
Engage in career development workshops to develop professional skills
Work on specific assignments based on skill sets and team needs
Qualification
Required
18 years or older
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Have basic problem-solving skills/analytical mindset
Must be local and available to work in person in Austin, TX
Not currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree program in a related technical field (cybersecurity, software engineering, etc.)
Interest in pursuing a career in cybersecurity in the payments space
Apprentices will need to provide their own computers during RTI period
Windows 10 or macOS 10
Windows Processor – non ARM type (Intel or AMD only – need for Adobe Connect to function)
RAM 8GB minimum (12GB – 16 GB recommended)
Solid State Drive – minimum 40 gigs free space

Headset (Noise Cancelling Mic Headset preferred)
Internet connection at least 2Mb up/down
Dedicated workspace (Bootcamp will be 8+ hours at your desk daily)
