Work directly with experienced sales leaders to learn how high-performing sales teams operate
Develop foundational skills in prospecting, client communication, needs analysis, negotiation, and time management through direct-to-home sales strategies
Apply training immediately in live selling environments, receive daily feedback, and track measurable performance results
Gain exposure to goal-setting, commission-based compensation models, and leadership development
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, coachable, flexible, and comfortable working both independently and remotely
Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Goal-oriented mindset with time management and organizational abilities
Preferred
Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
