Responsibilities
Proficient in structuring deals; negotiating terms and conditions with lenders to secure the best possible rates for customers
Exhibit a transparent, comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
Meet and exceed goals relating to product penetration and profitability
Collaborate, monitor and maintain an excellent working relationship with the sales department to ensure the optimal performance of both
Get involved early and often with customers throughout the sales process
Process finance and lease deals accurately, securing proper approvals, funding and adhering to all federal, state, and corporate requirements
Maintain good working relationships with all financial institutions, and seek relations with new organizations, to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
Accurately prepare all paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner
Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any financial-related issues
Build and maintain positive customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a successful Finance Manager in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of financial products, credit regulations, and lending practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in financial software and dealership management systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Proven track record of excellent Customer Satisfaction scores
Excellent written and oral communications skills
