Responsibilities
Generating, maintaining, executing individual and corporate sales leads
Assessing prospects needs and helping people find personal solutions through our memberships
Coordinating and managing inside/outside promotional efforts to increase club awareness
Establishing, maintaining relationships with local and national businesses
Networking at all levels by attending local events
Creating opportunities to develop new business and foster previous/current business
Focus on retaining current members and obtaining referrals
The ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends and evening hours
Qualification
Required
You have a Bachelor's degree in a business related field and/or equivalent work experience
You have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting monthly goals over the past year
You have 1 year of previous sales management experience
You have a CPR certification or are able to complete a CPR course within 60 days of employment
Preferred
You have previous experience in a health club environment is preferred, however this is not required
