Responsibilities

Support senior sales professionals in covering hedge fund clients, including multi-strategy, macro, relative value, credit, and rates-focused funds
Act as a primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned hedge fund accounts
Deliver trade ideas, market color, and risk positioning updates in coordination with trading desks
Assist in managing client inquiries, RFQs, trade execution, and post-trade follow-up
Monitor client flows, positioning, and performance to proactively identify opportunities
Prepare client materials, market commentary, and internal briefing notes
Partner with trading, structuring, research, and operations teams to ensure seamless client service
Help drive wallet share growth and support new client onboarding initiatives

Required

3–7 years of experience in sales, trading, or client-facing markets roles
Direct exposure to hedge fund clients (rates, credit, macro, or multi-asset preferred)
Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk management concepts
Proven ability to build rapport with sophisticated institutional clients
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
FINRA licenses (Series 7, 63) required or ability to obtain promptly

Preferred

Experience covering hedge funds at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, or strong international bank
Exposure to rates, FX, credit, or cross-asset products
Strong internal partnership skills and commercial mindset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
