Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
Supervise and mentor associates, providing guidance and reviewing work
Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs tailored to client needs
Analyze and interpret financial statements and supporting documentation
Research complex accounting issues and provide well-supported conclusions
Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, and firm policies
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
Collaborate with resource managers to ensure engagement scheduling stays on track
Prepare budgets for assurance engagements

Qualification

CPA licensePublic accounting experienceAudit software proficiencyU.S. GAAPAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsMicrosoft Office SuiteManage deadlines

Required

CPA license or working toward CPA with sections passed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
3–5 years of public accounting experience with a focus on audit
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and GAGAS
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively

Experience in manufacturing
Experience in nonprofit (including Yellow Book)
Experience in charter schools
Experience in construction
Experience in professional services
Experience in tax provisions
Experience in data analytics
