Sales Manager Germany - Projects (d/f/m)
JA Solar is a leading photovoltaic power generation solution platform founded in 2005, and they are seeking a Sales Manager for Germany Projects. The role involves developing and executing sales activities for PV projects, focusing on customer development and contract execution to achieve regional sales targets.

Responsibilities
Support and manage PV sales opportunities from early-stage development through contract signature
Build and maintain relationships with project developers, EPCs, technical advisors, and other key stakeholders
Participate in contract negotiations with customers under guidance of senior sales leadership
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the German PV projects market
Contribute to regional sales strategy execution and marketing initiatives
Coordinate closely with Legal, Technical, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
3–5 years' experience in PV sales or project development, ideally with some exposure to utility-scale projects
Understanding of PV policies, standards, and market dynamics in Germany
Native German and fluent English
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Structured, proactive, and results-driven working style
Ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
Regular travel within Germany
Occasional travel within Europe as required
