Responsibilities

Create and implement detailed Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTPs) from engineering specifications and releases to ensure compliance and efficiency
Develop and maintain Standard Work documentation to streamline processes, enhance consistency, and improve efficiency
Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts for electrical, avionics, and systems integration issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality
Collaborate with Systems and Design Engineering teams to verify and validate engineering requirements during testing phases

Innovate and refine testing methodologies to boost production efficiency, improve reliability, and enhance the performance of the F-16 fighter jet

Required

FAC & VSWR Experience (hands on troubleshooting on aircraft)
FAC upfront programming
Live Aircraft Avionics Testing and Troubleshooting
MTP development and execution to Production floor
CI initiatives

Preferred

Bachelors Degree or pursuing
F-16 Avionics Electrical Experience
Yellow / Green Belt – Lean
Experience developing work instructions / test documents
Experience with Systems Engineering and Production Operations to quantify, validate and coordinate requirements-Software programming
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office products
