Act as the primary bridge between our product innovations and the customer’s formulation needs
Maintain and grow relationships with key manufacturers within the coatings space
Troubleshoot formulation challenges for clients by recommending the appropriate specialty additives from our range
Use your technical background to identify industry trends and help our R&D team develop products that solve 'real-world' coatings problems
Transition your technical expertise into a commercial strategy, managing pricing, contracts, and territory growth
Qualification
Required
Deep-rooted background in the Paint or Coatings industry
3+ years in a Technical Service, R&D, Lab, or Production role within the coatings sector
Understanding of how additives affect performance, stability, and application
A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related Material Science
Problem-solver mindset who enjoys explaining technical solutions
