$30/hr - $40/hr24 Seven Talent is seeking an Email Designer to join a fast-paced retail marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with a retention marketing leader and a creative team to design impactful email campaigns that enhance customer engagement and sales.

Responsibilities
Turn creative briefs and copy decks into visually compelling, conversion-focused email designs
Update and refine existing email templates while staying true to established brand guidelines
Support digital merchandising by updating the homepage and key product or promotional pages
Collaborate with marketing and creative partners to ensure campaigns are cohesive across channels
Handle additional digital design tasks as needed in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD or similar tools
Hands-on experience designing and coding responsive HTML/CSS email templates
Good understanding of web UI/UX and how design impacts the customer journey
Ability to interpret and protect brand identity, applying it consistently across campaigns
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
Familiarity with tools like Zeta and Litmus is a plus, but not required
