Best NanoTech is seeking a Cúram Lead / Manager to oversee delivery teams working on Cúram SPM implementations and enhancements. This role combines technical leadership, team management, and delivery oversight.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Cúram development and functional teams
Plan and track sprint deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
Ensure adherence to technical and quality standards
Review designs, code, and solution documentation
Coordinate across development, QA, and release teams
Mentor team members and support skill development
Report delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans

Required

Strong hands-on experience with IBM Cúram SPM
Prior experience as Tech Lead / Module Lead / Delivery Lead
Solid understanding of Cúram architecture and lifecycle
Strong people management and stakeholder communication skills
Experience working in Agile delivery models

Preferred

Experience managing distributed teams
IBM Cúram certification
Exposure to large-scale enterprise implementations
