Responsibilities
Answer telephone and direct caller appropriately
Greet and direct visitors to the company
Manage supply closet, which includes taking inventory, ordering, and distributing of supplies
Coordinate use of conference rooms
Assist in set- up and clean -up of conference rooms for management and/or client meetings including coordination, selection and ordering of food
Assist with new employee onboarding efforts
Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with responsibilities split between desk-based tasks and frequent walkthroughs of the office floors
Qualification
Required
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to work independently

High school diploma or equivalent
