Responsibilities
Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes
Develop comprehensive financial models that integrate SaaS revenue streams (subscriptions, professional services) and payments revenue streams (interchange, value-added services), including cash flow forecasts and sensitivity/scenario analyses
Provide strategic financial guidance and planning support to the C-suite and functional leaders
Serve as the primary finance partner to company leaders to evaluate initiatives, pricing models, customer acquisition strategies, and key SaaS/Payments metrics
Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, including variance analysis and board decks
Collaborate with Accounting on monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast, providing clear commentary on business drivers
Lead the buildout and optimization of FP&A tools and dashboards
Drive automation of reporting and planning processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
6+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally with exposure to SaaS, Payments, or Commodities/Energy industries
Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting and modelling for complex revenue streams
Advanced knowledge of FP&A processes, management reporting and financial systems
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Proven track record of improving processes, implementing automation and enhancing reporting efficiency
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts clearly to non-finance audiences
Preferred
Exposure to SaaS subscription-based revenue and payment processing business models within an energy or data-driven business is a plus
Experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise ERP systems
Experience in high-growth, post-acquisition environments
Advanced Excel and financial reporting/BI tool skills
Experience supporting international entities, including UK and APAC jurisdictions
