Real Estate Production Coach

Responsibilities
Increase productivity of non-capping associates to capping status through Productivity Coaching as quickly as possible
Set and achieve the standard that at least 25 percent of associates in the coaching program will obtain capper status. And 25% in production each month
Achieve the standard of 20 recruiting appointments per month. Up to 10 of the appointments may come from career nights hosted at the market center or at local real estate schools
The goal for the program is to produce 200,000 in GCI + / monthly. (24 units/mo)
Attend daily Leadership Huddles at least one time a week and contribute to the Conversation of Growth and Productivity
Lead and grow participation in Power Hour on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings
Lead and grow participation in Dial Night or evening group coaching every other Thursday from 4 pm to 6 pm
PC Coach agrees to have standing office hours Monday - Thursday with Friday designated for 1:1 by Appointment only
Meet weekly with the Team Leader/MCA to review appointments, gross and net recruits, prospective PC coaching candidates, and PC program results
Guide associates in Productivity Coaching through establishing and entering their goals in Command
Coach these associates on the activities that will empower them to achieve their goals
Meet weekly with associates in coaching as a group to review their key numbers and hold them accountable to completion of activities
Implement a regular reward system for associates in coaching who are hitting their goal numbers and a plan to incentivize associates who are not hitting their goal numbers
Assist the MC in generating, implementing, and distributing the monthly training calendar
Support and reinforce the Team Leader’s leadership throughout the Market Center
Promote Productivity Coaching at all agent events, including team meetings and trainings
Commit to mastery of KW core agent curriculum, such as Ignite, MREA, and KWU courses
Commit to a basic understanding of KW technology (including Command, Campaigns, Referrals) and be able to demonstrate how the technology can be used by agents to grow their business
Regularly attend local, regional, and national leadership events
Encourage all agents in program to attend Ignite, BOLD, Family Reunion and Mega Camp
Productivity Coach agrees to be visible in the market center and maintain office hours
Productivity Coach agrees to present schedule of office hours to the Leadership Team upon hire and notify the Leadership Team in writing with 30 days notice if PC desires significant changes
Productivity Coach agrees to assist the Market Center in coordinating Ignite schedule and materials, identify high producing agents to be instructors, teach selected courses, and recruit students
Group Coaching and Individual Coaching to be determined by the coach and Team Leader
Productivity Coach agrees to speak with 3 coaches achieving a 25% or higher production rate monthly in their program about strategies for success
Productivity Coach will adhere to KW Culture at all times
The database of agent recruits for the program will be maintained through Brokerkit or a similar system owned by the market center and will remain the property of the market center
