Social Media Customer Relationship Specialist
EPITEC is seeking Social Media Customer Experience Advisors to join their Tier 1 Automotive client's Social Care team. The role involves monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback across social media platforms to ensure positive brand experiences.

Responsibilities
Monitor our client's social media channels for customer questions, complaints, and feedback
Respond promptly and professionally to customer posts and messages
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain brand voice and tone in all communications
Track and report recurring issues or trends
Receive and apply coaching to improve performance and customer satisfaction
You will NOT be creating any social media posts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields)
Prior experience in social media engagement or customer service is highly preferred
Strong written communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and adaptability
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must reside in Michigan and be able to pick up equipment or attend occasional in-office meetings
