Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including kitchens and meeting rooms
Restock supplies and manage office supply / pantry inventory
Keep rooms well-stocked and presentable
Prepare rooms for meetings with attention to detail, including catering set up when necessary
Keep all meeting room reservations current and resolve any scheduling conflicts that arise
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Calendar platform and ability to distribute calendar invites when necessary. Strong attention to detail needed
Knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Teams and be able to distribute invites when necessary
Register guests in a timely, accurate manner
Sort mail by department and deliver accordingly
Manage outgoing mail and package shipments
Assist with farm deliveries using freight elevator and dolly
Monitor and order supplies as necessary
Maintain swag inventory and sign-out sheet for swag items
Assist in retrieving receipts and expense codes for senior members of the team
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic Zoom setup
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and transport items (farm deliveries, office supplies, etc.)
Demonstrates attention to detail and consistently provides exceptional hospitality to staff and visitors alike
