Responsibilities

Providing strategic leadership across all aspects of EOP operations
Developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and initiatives that align with SUNY and institutional goals
Managing EOP student recruitment, admissions, and onboarding in partnership with AOP
Supervising, evaluating, and supporting EOP professional and student staff
Cultivating a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
Preparing and overseeing the annual EOP budget, authorizing and monitoring expenditures
Ensuring adherence to all SUNY, state, and institutional policies and reporting standards
Maintaining precise records of students and programs, including statistical data and assessment reports
Developing and assessing strategies to enhance student success and improve retention and graduation rates
Coordinating with academic and student success offices to provide comprehensive support to students
Representing EOP to SUNY, governmental agencies, community partners, and the public
Engaging in divisional and institutional initiatives that foster equity, access, and persistence

Required

Liaison to SUNY System Administration, campus community, and external stakeholders
