Responsibilities
Recommends and implements procedural changes
Represent the Department at various national, state, and local committee and task force meetings
Assists internal and external customers with navigating through the utility accommodation payment and reimbursement procedures to ensure compliance
Assists in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), utility manual, and related forms
Reviews routine to complex utility agreements to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Assists Utility Auditors in their review of program documentation
Provides customer support to District and Division customers, Utility Industry, and other groups
Reviews requests for utility reimbursement and recommends approval or denial of requests
Conducts presentations, provides training, and coordinates meetings related to utility program activities
Performs other job responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
2 years utility accommodation reimbursement eligibility or related utility activities
Valid driver's license
Preferred
