The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing expert guidance on commercial insurance solutions to meet clients' needs.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial insurance clients

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions

Review and analyze clients' insurance policies and coverage requirements, making recommendations for improvements

Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims lifecycle

Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to ensure effective policy placement and service delivery

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients

Prepare and present insurance proposals and coverage options to clients

Gather and analyze data to assess risk and determine appropriate coverage levels

Qualification

Commercial insurance experienceInsurance principles knowledgeData analysis skillsCommunication skillsInsurance software familiarityProfessional insurance designation

Required

Proven experience in commercial insurance, specifically with commercial lines

Strong understanding of insurance principles, property and casualty insurance, and casualty coverage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships

Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic recommendations

Preferred

Familiarity with insurance software, including EPIC

Professional insurance designation (e.g., CIC, CRM) is a plus but not mandatory
