Responsibilities

Manage external real estate transactions (buying, selling/disposing, leasing) from initial prospecting to closure
Align with regional business leaders and central Real Estate team on portfolio and transaction strategies
Engage external and internal stakeholders to coordinate relevant tasks (e.g. landlords, external brokers, internal Legal and Finance)
Coordinate and conduct market research/analyses and analyze trends, with a goal of optimizing the real estate portfolio
Review transaction documents to ensure alignment with internal standards and business needs (e.g. market studies, appraisals, proposals, contracts)
Prepare and secure internal approvals as required at regional and global level
Support budget planning and forecasting for real estate transactions
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and internal governance requirements in all real estate transactions

Required

Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management
Minimum 5 years' experience managing corporate real estate transactions in North and South America
Proficiency in real estate software (e.g. SAP, lease administration and CMMS tools), MS Office and Power BI
Strong negotiation and communication skills, customer-oriented approach to work
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship

Preferred

Knowledge of tenancy law, property accounting, ESG and technical real estate issues
Fluency in Spanish
