Responsibilities
Support and participate in Epicor Kinetic Operations implementations
Help customers configure and use Epicor modules related to manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, and planning
Answer functional “how do I…” and “what’s the best way…” questions from users
Assist with user training and day-to-day system adoption
Help document processes and support continuous improvement efforts
Track time and tasks as part of a professional services team
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience using Epicor ERP in an operational environment
Understanding of manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or purchasing processes
Practical problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
Clear, patient communication with end users
Comfort working in a structured, team-based environment
Epicor ERP experience (as a user, analyst, or support resource)
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Prior consulting experience is not required
