Responsibilities

Lead and manage brokerage operations, administrative, and sales teams
Develop and implement standardized processes, and procedures
Partner with leadership on annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense oversight
Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support decision-making
Drive CRM adoption (Salesforce) and pipeline tracking across brokerage teams
Oversee facilities management, and compliance
Support business development initiatives, market integrations, and recruiting efforts
Champion a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

Required

Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Proficiency in using transportation management systems and other logistics software

Preferred

Prior experience in account management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
