Responsibilities
Play a critical role in supporting senior marketers throughout the lifecycle of the deal process, including pitch book creation, document preparation, market updates, deal pricing updates, and facilitating the delivery of interest rate hedging products to clients
Perform an important role in identifying and tracking potential opportunities by analyzing historic and current loan production
Assist in post trade support that interfaces with the middle and back office
Qualification
Required
Completed BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, and/or related majors, with a scheduled graduation prior to the annual June 1st start date
Overall GPA of 3.5 or above
Strong interest in finance and capital markets
High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
Proven analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Superior written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Comfortable working with peers at all levels, ranging from fellow analysts through Managing Directors
Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
