Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
Support infrastructure, technology, procurement, and licensing agreements
Develop scalable contracting and compliance frameworks
Partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, and commercial teams
Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output
Use AI tools for legal research, contract analysis, and document review
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years' experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Strong understanding of complex commercial and legal concepts
Ability to interpret and analyse contractual terms efficiently
Experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable leveraging AI tools in a legal context
