TheCAB is looking for a highly organized individual to support their insurance department while assisting with general office administration and billing. The role involves managing insurance claims, creating policies, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with filing and following up on insurance claims
Create and manage insurance policies
Track payments and policy statuses
Communicate clearly and professionally with TPAs (Third Party Administrators)
Maintain accurate and organized insurance records
Answer and route phone calls professionally
Input and manage data in Excel
Assist with billing-related tasks
Sort, file, and organize physical and digital paperwork
Provide general administrative support as needed
Full training will be provided for all insurance-related processes and systems
No prior insurance experience required — we are happy to train the right candidate
Ongoing support and clear procedures to help you succeed in the role

Required

Highly organized and reliable individual
Support insurance department and assist with general office administration and billing
