Independently manage and drive employment litigation cases from inception to resolution
Defend against FEHA, Title VII, and related common law claims
Defend class action and PAGA claims
Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies
Taking and defending depositions and arguing motions in court
Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
Actively pursue business development opportunities
Conduct training and seminars for clients
Supervise and mentor associates
Qualification
Required
Active membership in the California State Bar is required
JD from an accredited law school
Minimum of 8+ years of litigation experience
Significant experience handling complex employment law matters
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong case management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively
Preferred
The ability to build a book of business is desired
