Build and iterate on prototypes, then turn them into robust, maintainable software
Work across the stack on real-world challenges in manufacturing and industrial AI
Improve deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and observability
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and onsite teams
Develop solutions that work reliably at the edge, even in tough environments
Qualification
Required
Exceptional ability demonstrated through work, projects, or achievements
Strong engineering background (Computer Science, Physics, Maths, Engineering, etc.)
Fluency in Python, C/C++, Go, Typescript, or Java
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes, and observability tools
Clear communication and a love of solving real problems with real users
Comfortable working fully in-office and in dynamic, fast-moving environments
