Responsibilities
Act as the senior leader on-site for all evening operations; handle high-level guest recovery, emergency response, and safety protocols
Lead the front desk team in maintaining Marriott brand standards. Must be proficient in Marriott systems (GXP, Empower, and LightSpeed) to manage arrivals and Elite guest recognition
Oversee the airport shuttle schedule to ensure timely pickups/drop-offs and coordinate with drivers to manage the heavy flow of airport travelers
Serve as the first responder for any safety or security incidents. Monitor public areas and ensure a secure environment for guests and associates
Monitor evening laundry production to ensure the housekeeping team is set up for success the following morning
Provide a detailed "End of Shift" log for the General Manager, documenting occupancy, any mechanical/maintenance issues, and guest service recovery
Qualification
