Responsibilities
Creating fantastic learning experiences by identifying training needs and designing engaging virtual workshops and e-learning modules
Developing high-quality content and leading virtual training sessions
Ensuring programs are effective through feedback and metrics
Supporting Learning Management System (LMS) admins and managing course content
Collaborating with colleagues across HR and the wider business to align learning with goals
Keeping up with the latest L&D trends to drive improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
2-3 years of solid experience in Learning, Talent Development, or instructional design
Tech-savviness, especially with LMS platforms (preferably Learn365 from Zensai) and tools for learning design
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong project management abilities
Good analytical skills
A collaborative, open-minded spirit
Great interpersonal skills
A professional presence
A creative, innovative, and growth-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience with AI in Learning
Experience in leadership development or handling program logistics
