The Commercial Operations Intern will assist in administrative duties related to commercial property operations and gain hands-on experience in building operations and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Assist our Commercial team and support general administrative tasks related to commercial property operations, including lease-related work and tenant communications
Participate in scoping and testing improvements on our property management platform (Yardi) and other systems
Conduct competitive market research and basic analysis to inform property positioning
Contribute to marketing collateral, tenant outreach, and documentation for audits and reviews
Get an in depth look with building operations, vendor coordination, compliance items, inspections, and small project oversight
Assist in data tracking and reporting to monitor tenant financials, work orders, and operational trends
Help track construction management activities, including schedules and budgets
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited university with a sophomore, junior or senior standing with a relevant degree of Business, Real Estate, Finance, Data Analytics, or similar
Comfortable with basic data work and learning new tools; familiarity with Excel and property systems is preferred
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
Team Oriented, Communicator, Entrepreneurial, Passionate, Self-Starter, Creative, Principled, and Brand Ambassador
