Responsibilities
Own the timeline and deadlines throughout each project and hold relevant stakeholders accountable to their key checkpoints
Coordinates with operations teams to ensure crews, field service technicians and office personnel are planned for during any movements/adjustments to their schedules
Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the process
Work with the estimation team to calculate the budget. Gain all necessary approvals based on the spend threshold
Design and gain approval for layout of buildings from operations, warehousing, and safety leadership
Manage Due Diligence, permits, and construction processes to ensure projects are to code and on budget
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective reasoning and judgment skills
Read and interpret all contract documents, plans, specifications, and requirements
Work in a fast-paced environment and capitalize on project opportunities
Ability to Travel 10-20% of the time
Thorough understanding of project management software such as: MS Projects & Planner, Visio, Excel, Powerpoint, Bluebeam
