InternAmerican Structurepoint is looking for a Summer Intern in their IT Group. The role involves providing technical support, assisting with the deployment and maintenance of IT equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service while solving technical issues.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and software
Perform in-depth troubleshooting and problem resolution, including root cause analysis, to identify and resolve technical issues
Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical users
Complete documentation on ticket solutions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
In the process of obtaining an associate or bachelor's degree in the field of IT
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications
Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
