Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM Pro solutions
Work hands-on across the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, building, testing, deployment, and support
Collaborate closely with client development and architecture teams
Configure asset lifecycle management, hardware models, stockrooms, audits, and normalization
Develop and customize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flows
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, performance, and security standards
Provide technical guidance and support for enhancements and defect fixes
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
Strong expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro (mandatory)
Proven hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong JavaScript skills within the ServiceNow platform
Solid understanding of CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, and asset lifecycle management
Experience working in large enterprise, client-facing environments
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, HAM Pro)
Agile/Scrum experience
