National Sales Manager
AMETEK is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets. They are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for SWI products, focusing on driving direct sales into OEM accounts and developing new markets.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across OEM and emerging markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM accounts and channel partners
Identify and develop new market opportunities for SWI products
Understand customer process applications and work closely with internal engineering teams to propose optimal solutions
Negotiate pricing and implement volume discount strategies while ensuring margin protection
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies proactively
Provide technical guidance and product expertise to customers and partners
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 7 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in process instrumentation or related sectors
Proven track record of selling to key accounts and developing new markets
Strong understanding of industrial process applications and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
Excellent negotiation and strategic pricing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel up to 30% nationally
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
