Responsibilities
Lead the journey from RFQ and quote approval to final product launch
Manage key aerospace accounts, ensuring technical requirements are met and expectations exceeded
Use Epicor ERP to track forecasts against inventory, ensuring 100% on-time delivery
Bridge the gap between customer engineering needs and production capabilities
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Manufacturing Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service
Solid understanding of machining operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software (preferably Epicor)
Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in an AS9100 environment is highly preferred
