Front Office Clerk
Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Front Office Administrator to join a dynamic HVAC Contractor in East County San Diego. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to both internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities
Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism
Manage the accounting email, ensuring timely responses and actions
Print out invoices and distribute them to the correct department
Assist with various projects as needed
Maintain office and kitchen stock, ensuring supplies are available at all times
Order new office supplies as required to maintain inventory
Qualification
Required
2 years of administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office programs: Excel and Outlook
High School Diploma is required
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Pro is a plus
