Responsibilities
Lead the annual QC monitoring review each August (AICPA PRP 10,1000)
Complete monthly post-issuance inspections using current Peer Review checklists
Deliver quarterly monitoring reports to leadership; lead partner review meetings
Manage the triennial peer review process and corrective action plans
Update engagement letters, reps, reports, and disclosures (PPC a plus)
Refresh and distribute QC policies annually, including EBPAQC/GAQC as needed
Provide technical guidance; track ASUs, issue firmwide memos, and maintain the ASU log
Oversee EQCR and related compliance; support internal CPE and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Active CPA license required
Deep knowledge of GAAP, AICPA Peer Review Program, and quality control standards
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to influence without authority
