Responsibilities
Maximize the value of Moveworks and AI integration within ServiceNow ITSM, identifying underutilized capabilities and driving conversational AI feature optimization
Develop and implement a strategy for ServiceNow platform readiness, evaluating new features, and crafting T+30/60/90 day feature adoption plans
Solution and deliver advanced functionalities, ensuring compliance with standards, and architect custom workflows as required
Conduct proof of concepts, demonstrations, and training to bolster adoption and knowledge
Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders, managing expectations and aligning roadmap executions with measurable business outcomes
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience and expertise in ServiceNow ITSM solutions design and delivery
Proficient knowledge of conversational and agentic AI integration and optimization
Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, communication, and driving change
Significant experience working within ITSM and a proven track record of improving platforms with AI technologies
Proven experience in predictive intelligence, Now Assist, and scoped app development within the ServiceNow environment
