Responsibilities

Will be onsite at a Construction jobsite which includes both new construction and pre-existing construction projects within the Chicago loop
Will be with the customer Monday-Friday and will manage the jobsite and push projects to completion at the high rise
Will keep the Project Manager in the loop on updates and help manage subcontractors and timelines
Will manage the schedule and be the eyes and ears of the MEP project

Managing low-voltage subcontractorsManaging MEP subcontractorsHigh-rise building project experienceManaging projects over $1 millionSchedule managementQuality control onsiteManaging RFIsManaging change ordersOnsite customer interaction

Required

Experience managing low-voltage and MEP subcontractors onsite
Comfortable being onsite with the customer
Experience supporting a high-rise building project
Experience managing a schedule and handling quality control onsite
Experience with RFIs and potential change orders
Experience managing a project of over 1 million dollars or higher
