Responsibilities
Develop and pursue project opportunities through relationships, networking, and bid invitations
Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and proposals that meet profit goals (20%–50%)
Collaborate with field and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts for scope accuracy
Maintain strong vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in plumbing estimating, sales, or project management (commercial/institutional)
Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and code compliance
Ability to build client trust, read blueprints, and manage multiple bids
Strong communication and organization skills
Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and standard office tools
Valid driver's license and ability to visit local sites
