Responsibilities

Partner with campaign teams to understand objectives and refine multi-channel strategies supported by strong data and technology frameworks
Translate campaign goals into technical execution plans, defining requirements for data flow, targeting, lead routing, segmentation, and performance measurement
Design campaign solution architecture, including tracking/tagging, lead management, audience segmentation, and systems by audience type
Create and manage campaigns in Salesforce.com
Oversee configuration and integration of marketing platforms (Salesforce, Funnel.io, Zapier, CDP, Google Analytics, ad platforms), ensuring accurate tracking, seamless data flow, and data privacy compliance
Act as the planning liaison between campaign owners and the Marketing Performance team, coordinating with Data Management, Insights & Reporting, and Segmentation teams
Establish tracking mechanisms and performance metrics to evaluate conversion, engagement, ROI, and overall effectiveness
Deliver reporting and dashboards with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting campaign performance and continuously improve outcomes
Stay current on marketing technology, industry trends, and data privacy regulations to enhance the marketing ecosystem

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or technical project management with a data-driven focus
5+ years of advanced, hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms (Salesforce CRM, Marketo/Pardot, CDPs, audience tools, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Funnel.io, Zapier, etc.)
Proven success designing and implementing technical marketing solutions, including tracking/tagging, lead management, segmentation, data architecture, and system integrations
Experience managing complex initiatives across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of data architecture, integrations, and marketing analytics
Strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to connect campaign strategy to technical execution
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated experience supporting B2B marketing, revenue generation strategies, and digital marketing best practices
