Responsibilities
Run consultative Zoom sales calls with inbound leads (students and occasionally their parents). These are not one-call closes — most sales require diligent follow-up. Your follow-up game, pipeline discipline, and written communication must be elite
Manage your pipeline with persistence: texts, emails, CRM notes, and consistent touchpoints until you close or disqualify
Commit to continuous improvement: you’ll be coached weekly by a Sales Director who has built and led 8-figure sales teams
Develop enough industry knowledge to build credibility with prospects
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of sales experience with a strong closing track record
Excellent written and spoken communication skills. (If you don't love writing thoughtful follow-ups, this isn't the role for you.)
Professional presence and appearance on Zoom calls
Relentless work ethic and willingness to grind
Preferred
Bonus if you have high-ticket coaching/consulting sales experience
Also bonus if you have familiarity with the investment banking industry (either worked in it or went through the recruiting process yourself)
