Litigation Docket Clerk
Mission Staffing is representing a top law firm seeking a Litigation Docket Clerk to support its Managing Attorney’s Office and litigation department. The role involves providing litigation docketing, e-filing, and administrative support, requiring strong client service skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Recording litigation documents in the department’s docketing database and, under supervision, calculating procedural deadlines
Providing e-filing support through Federal PACER/CM-ECF and other federal and state court electronic filing systems
Assisting with the maintenance and accuracy of the litigation docket
Providing administrative support to docketing leadership and the Managing Attorney’s Office
Generating, proofreading, and distributing departmental communications, documents, forms, and reports
Creating and maintaining department-wide files, libraries, and databases; performing data entry and coordinating with internal personnel to ensure data accuracy
Preparing invoices for submission to Finance/Accounting and maintaining related files
Assisting with the development and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of one year of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate environment
Experience e-filing documents through Federal CM/ECF and/or state court systems required
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated experience working with databases
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills and a client-service mindset
Flexibility to work evening or additional hours as needed
Preferred
Experience with calendaring or docketing systems such as Milana, eDockets, CompuLaw, or MA3000 preferred
