They are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale their US sales organization, drive revenue growth, and build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the US sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives
Own strategic enterprise sales cycles, from opportunity identification to closing complex deals
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with enterprise clients
Analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and iterate on processes to maximize efficiency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in cloud-native, DevOps, or infrastructure technologies
2+ years of sales leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and scale revenue across diverse enterprise accounts
Deep understanding of technical infrastructure
Strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-million-dollar deals, consistently overachieving targets
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at executive levels
Data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance management
Experience building and leveraging a modern sales tech stack to drive efficiency and accountability
Ability to travel as required for high-touch client engagements
Strategic mindset with strong judgment, creativity, and adaptability to changing market conditions

Experience selling to technical audiences (DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineers)
Kubernetes preferred
