Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements
Develop and document workflows, processes, and system designs
Conduct testing and validation to ensure system functionality meets business needs
Provide training and support to end-users on system applications
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in business process modeling and system design tools
Experience with ERP systems and other business applications is a plus
Preferred
Banking or financial services industry experience
Experience providing application support to include troubleshooting
Experience with business intelligence tools
Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall methodologies
